Ballbusting - Take it or faint

Description: I like it when he is helpless. so i strung him up, arms and legs spread apart. now i have 5 minutes to live out my passion. this is the most serious attack on his ball he has ever encountered. what are his options? well, he can take it like a man (he did not) or faint (he almost did). but really, i don't care.
