Hard gagging on fingers custom

Description: In this video i lay on the side with a view on my neck. i gag myself with my fingers really hard and trigger a really harsh coughin fit. only natural cough though! when i cough up or gag up phlegm or so, i spit it into a towel. i hold my neck here and there. at the last minute i lay on my back with my head hanging down off the edge of the bed.
