Bulb Air Pump Inflation [MOV]

Description: I made this hand pump from an old sphygmomanometer. it works divinely, and always gets me to very interesting swellings. i start pumping air slowly while wearing shorts that gradually get tighter and tighter. i inflate and deflate my belly by pressing it down with my hands, starting to inflate again each time, to prolong the pleasure of the situation. no explosion or sound effect.
