Stuck and painful mp4 HD

Description: I hate these visits to the toilet when i feel like everything inside me is stuck... like a thick wedge. and something is burning inside. it's pushing. at the same time it's sore and it's very painful. nothing helps. i have to push it out and that's it... but i'm afraid of a lot of pain :(
