Smoking cork trying not to cough

Description: I decided to try to smoke without coughing or spitting out the phlegm that is in my chest due to pneumonia. well, i have to confess that at the beginning i forgot, i coughed and then had to spit the phlegm on the floor, but i tried really hard to keep the rest of the cigarette from coughing. i even get a little dizzy. do you think i can hold this coughing until the end of the cigarette?
