Struggling to inhale while I'm sick

Description: I'm sick, and smoking has become difficult, which is terribly affecting my mood. i manage to smoke the first cigarette, hands-free, but on the second, inhaling becomes difficult. i try to take small drags to minimize the discomfort, but my throat itches, my chest burns, i get a bad cough, but i can't stop until the cigarette is gone. i need that nicotine and that tar no matter how i feel.
