craving in the middle of the night

Description: I woke up in the middle of the night, as i usually do, craving a cigarette. i woke up with pain in my chest and ribs, which made me wonder if i should smoke or no. i laughed a little at the thought, haha. when i feel like this, inhaling deeply becomes difficult, so i decided to smoke the first one hands-free all the way through and that way i'd quickly get the nicotine my body craved. the second one was relaxing and interrupted several times by my coughing.
