Description:      serene isley is the snooty president of the toney laguna home owners association in orange county.  its seems one of the "lower end" residents has been playing his music too loud, not picking up after his dogs and basically being a scourge and menace to the neighborhood of "upscale" residents.      upon explaining the kangaroo court of charges levied before him miss isley just happens to mention that due to the "sheer" number of charges their kangaroo court of law has found him guilty of she has absolutely no choice but to levy a hefy $1,000 fine against him.      at this point the errant homeowner "snaps" and before you can say "the sheer number of charges levied before you" miss isley finds herself heavily taped up, encased in "sheer" pantyhose, her smart ass, condescending mouth fully packed, wrapped tight, her ass gets cracked, she is verbally teased, taunted, and humiliated and finally left to fend for herself!         that's when the fight really begins as you will see her crawl, wiggle, squirm, and slither across the slippery tile and wood floors, frustrated as fuck because of the "sheer" amount of effort it takes for her slippery, pantyhose encased body to squirm, slip and slide to get just a few inches at a time!  lots of on camera action, on screen gagging, humiliating and pantyhose hooding!
