Constipation Confession Time! Stopped Up for 2 Whole Weeks!

Description: These days my crohns makes it impossible to stay out the bathroom for more than a couple of hours but a few years ago i went through a few bad bouts of constipation, and i’m here to tell you about the worst… it came during a time of big gains, heavy over-eating and an addiction to some toasted bread rolls that had the unfortunate (or not!) effect of chronically stopping me up! i ended up in such a bloated, swollen, gassy mess that i can barely imagine how i had so much stuffed inside my tummy for so long! i’m very open and honest in this video as i talk to you about my very worst case of constipation; everything that caused it, how my digestive nightmare built as my gut expanded, all the terrible gas and rancid farts i suffered all day long and the horrendous gurgles from the air trapped inside my overburdened system! when belly rubs from my gorgeous girlfriend didn’t help and she grew worried about the size, hardness and explosive noises going on inside my belly she eventually demanded that i either give myself an enema or take a laxative to relieve myself. which did i choose? i’ll let you watch the video to find out!
