Cat Burglar Arrested

Description: Officer dahlia catches a cat burglar in her home! upon confrontation, she finds that it's katana thorne, a notorious thief that the police have been trying to track down. she cuffs katana's wrists and ankles, and attaches the wrist cuffs to a rope so that she can walk katana to the station. katana struggles to walk in her restraints, but dahlia pulls her along anyways. after a long walk to the station, katana gets dragged into a courtroom and stands before a judge for her sentencing.
