a sprained foot ruined the walk

Description: In my haste to go for a walk i twist my leg, the pain is all over my leg, i can't move it, i struggle to get on the sofa and wonder how i can find an elastic bandage to fix my leg and relieve the pain, hopping on one leg i find a box of bandages and strap on the bandage then go to the other room to find a walking stick, as i leave the room i lose my balance and fall to the floor clutching at the terrible pain, now my walk is cancelled.
