Breath holding training, play with breathing (custom video)

Description: Request: you are a freediver who has hired a special trainer to help you practice breath holding. once your trainer arrives, you put on your oval diving mask, and he cuff your hands behind your back. you sit on a chair while the trainer stands behind you. he holds your bound hands with one hand, and with the other, he suddenly clamps your mouth shut when you are not expecting it. when you cannot take it anymore, you give the signal - but he does not let you breathe right away. instead, he waits 5 to 10 seconds after the signal. you panic. after the delay, he finally releases your mouth. he allows you a couple of breaths, then covers your mouth again. sometimes, he surprises you by covering your mouth the moment you exhale. you repeat this process several times. at one point, you look directly into the camera - which is facing you.
