Fat Out of Shape BBW Tries to Workout

Description: I have never been this big and out of shape, i can barely move without getting out of breath and i haven't done any purposeful exercise since my last workout video! this time i actually feel very shocked at how far i am from doing a situp! i feel like what was left of my ab muscles have just disappeared and i can't do a pushup even on my knees without a cushion under my knees because of how heavy i am. jumping jacks just show off how unfit and unconditioned i am and how wobbly and jiggly my body is now.
