fall off a chair and twist my leg

Description: Today according to the plan i go to the garage to pick up the necessary things and go to the park for a walk, i go into the garage to find boxes with toys i take a chair climb up on it having found the necessary box i go down having twisted my leg on the stool i fall and sprain my leg... the pain does not subside.. what should i do? i remember that there were old crutches in the garage fortunately they were found, now i can move on them but my leg still aches. i take off my boot to look at the sprain and put the boot back on.. the road to the park is ahead
