SuperFat Struggles & Immobility SD

Description: Lately, i have crossed a threshold into mega obesity, to the point that i can barely sit up, stand or walk. i have had to hire a cna for home healthcare and light cleaning duties, i am outgrowing my vehicle (which is the largest minivan they make, and i can barely work. even lifting my my arms to do my makeup is tiring. and i have been in and out of the hospital lately, dur to fat-related health issues. i am turning into a fat helpless blob.
