2 cigarettes, coughs and phlegm in the middle of the night

Description: I woke up now, is 4:04 am* and i really need a cigarette. i already start coughing before i light up my first marlboro red, ok, then i light up the cig, the coughs comes naturally, you know, my lungs are always obstructed, also my breath is not very well. i finish to smoke my first cigarette (coughing and spitting phlgem), but i didn't realized that it was finishing, well, i have to light a new one. i light it up with my previous one and keep enjoy the smoke inside my lungs...
