Description: Catherine foxx and josie jo are practice yoga. josie keeps saying rude things to catherine, and she finally gets a little peeved and pushes josie over while she is in downward dog.  josie twists her ankle on the way to the floor. catherine feels bad as she didn't really mean to hurt her friend. she grabs an ankle wrap and tries to give some relief to josie. she is in so much pain, her ankle becoming red and swollen. catherine tells her they should go to the doctor and gives josie crutches so she can walk without putting any weight on her hurt ankle. josie tries to walk around with crutches, but she falls again! poor josie
