Description: Includes: fat chat/weight gain talk, health issues/problems, taking bp, fat play/belly jiggling it's been a long while since i sat down to talk about my health, last year i lost weight in an attempt to take care of my health more after some serious scares but i just couldn't do it! i missed being fat too much! so even though i know just how bad it is for me, i started gaining weight again! and i have to admit that i've been avoiding looking at my health ever since, i've skipped doctor's appointments, and totally stopped taking my bp twice daily as i was instructed. so what better time than on camera to take my bp for the first time in months! i take my bp and have a very genuine reaction of shock at what i see, i'm so blown away that i refuse to believe it and take my reading a second time just to be sure! i guess i really am getting out of control...
