78 - Building a Big 36in Balloon Arch Outside

Description: I build a big 36in balloon arch outside l just for funsies. i get them super tight and some of them pop while i'm setting up. but don't worry i keep adding balloons until there's enough to really fill out the space with a big beautiful bunch of balloons.
