Description: Lacey, was now on her back in a tucked position, the pinwheel was being used all over her legs, as she sighed out playfully with each passing movement of the pinwheel, the ropes were not freed, so they kept her quite in place, as she giggled out when pinwheel was replaced with fingers. sometimes the torn pantyhose and ropes would become cinched together and the only way to get her freed was cutting her out of her binds.
