Description: Patient tickle problems, terra mizu, ren smolder, foot tickling, bare foot, soles, nurse starring terra mizu, ren smolder & james darke alert and with her memory of nurse mizu's horrid patient tickling (during her recent stay at the private hospital), ms. smolder grows angry and dreams of taking her tickle-revenge on the tied down nurse. in her fantasy we see the nurse losing control to the maddening foot tickles that she seemed all too happy to give ms. smolder before.
