Title: Brutal kicking and trampling workout
Description: I'm in the mood for a nice workout - and what could be a better workout than to kick this loser into a pulp?! i order him to stand in front of the wall and then kick his upper body again and again - basically throwing him into the wall each time! then he has to get on all fours and i kick his stomach from the bottom - that's even better since i can kick him much faster this way! then i order him to lie down on the ground - not to give him a rest obviously, but so i can get onto the box and jump down onto his body! so - in my opinion that was a good first set - and after that we'll start all over again!
