Description: There will always be some resistance from a new employee, especially when they understandably have no idea of my standards or expectations. this is why i take great care in laying the ground rules before he starts. fortunately, i have a gorgeous new assistant, and stripping him naked and spanking his bare bottom was not just necessary, but it was wonderfully arousing. i think with more training via the spanking and strapping of his bare bottom, i will be very satisfied with the result.
