toe pain m

Description: Every day i am doing exercises in my room on the floor going into the room i clumsily stumble on the bed grabbing my leg in my hands after a while the pain subsides i lie down to start doing exercises but i can't hold my dumbbells and hurt one of them on my leg.... i can't tell you the pain.
