slippery floor at the workplace

Description: Today i have bad luck, going into the room distracted by all the work and papers i slip on the tiles, my heels can't stand and i fall on the floor losing my papers, someone spilled some inconspicuous liquid. my feet go all over the place. i'm afraid not to fall, but i fall again.
