Thick Smoky Open Mouth Inhales

Description: Everybody knows im a heavy smoker, but not many know how hard i smoke when im alone. i love holding in the smoke as long as i can, keeping my mouth open as the smoke is still packed in the bottom of my lungs unable to escape. oh & i just got my hair done, hope you like it;)
