Description: Kati is in the icu with heavy breathings hooked to a 5 lead heart monitor, with catheter and bp placed. the medical team tries to assist her with 02 and intubation. they affix it with a thomas et tube holder and hook her up to the ventilator. the med team enters the room and exams her. checking bp, auscultate her lungs and heart then wash her full body. when it is done they cover her. unexpectedly, her heart flatlines. the med team runs in and starts immediate cpr. the defibrillator is charged but there is no response after the first cycle. is a long detailed resus scene with cpr, ambu bagging thru the et tube and defibrillations. following many cycles it is successful, and the patient's pulse returns to sinus rhythm. an exciting icu clip focused to on equipment, patient clean up, cath, intubation, respirator. cpr with strong chest compressions, ambu bagging, defib. for all icu and resus fans.
