		<a href="https://pornmeka.com/videos/430884/two-halves-to-me/"><img src="https://pornmeka.com/contents/videos_screenshots/430000/430884/320x180/1.jpg" border="0"><br>We always focus on my upper body, and i can understand why. look at how round, sculpted and chissled my upper body is! but there are two halves to me. my upper, and my lower. i've showed you several times how i sculpt my upper body. for example, the way i can curl 35 lb dumbbells while holding a conversation with no effort. my legs may not be the biggest, but they are so strong. you know how many people i have put to sleep with my leg scissors? i explain what i do to develop my leg muscles and strength. i also go on to talk about the victims i find while exploring the outside world and pop peoples heads like grapes using my leg strength. the harder my victims try to pull away and out from my leg grasp, the harder i squeeze. i bet you would love to be a victim of my quad crushers. what these people get is what they deserve, trying to get that close to my &#34;flower power&#34;. i flex both my upper and lower body while going over the different experiences i have with my victims. one can't survive my stamina or my wrath. when i'm in the zone, when i'm on a mission, there is no stopping me. watch, and listen, because this will either scare you or excite you. or, it may do both!</a>

		<a href="https://pornmeka.com/videos/282435/continued-workout-motivation/"><img src="https://pornmeka.com/contents/videos_screenshots/282000/282435/320x180/1.jpg" border="0"><br>Let's use this video as motivation for you to continue on your workout journey! you've been on it for some weeks now, right? cardio, biceps curls...you've added, what? 3lbs to your bicep curls? well, i have motivation for you! i pick up my 35 lb dumbbells and start to bust out rep after rep, all the while, holding a full on conversation about my workouts and my muscles. this, alone, should make you want to drop what you're doing and get right to the gym! we both know you will never catch up to me! but, there is hope, because all journeys take time! we are going to get you as big and strong (insert laugh here) as you possibly can! perhaps one day, you'll be able to lift just one 35lb dumbbell with two hands! i love the continuous repping, being able to feel my biceps becoming bigger, harder, and more pumped. i set my weights down so we can check them out! double bicep poses, single arm, my side shoulder view is wide and thick! i show you my favorite views of my biceps poses, talking about the way they feel! i pick my weights back up and introduce you to some new bicep movements. hammer curls two different ways, alternating curls, and now we are going to add in triceps! i know i need to show you exactly which muscle that is, so i flex and pop my triceps, showing you their horseshoe shape. i pick up a light weight, as you requested, to show you how tricep kickbacks are done properly. i prefer heavier weights, so i pick up my usual 35lb dumbbells, outdoing your request. i go through the motions and talk about my pump. i can't help but continue to show off my biceps i know you're so addicted to! i talk about my day of arm wrestling challenges, and how i didn't lose a single one. i go over the exercises that i have now included in your workout regimen. i show you another tricep exercise...skull crushers. but - do not actually crush your skull. sad that i even have to add that bit of advice in, but, you are an amateur! especially compared to me! </a>
