I cross my legs. i move my leg up and down for some time, then i take out my heel and start dangling. after this, i gradually stick my toes out while still dangling the shoe. eventually the shoe dangles from the big toe. i let it fall and catch it without hands 3 times. after that, i do the same thing with the other leg and foot.
