I cross my legs and move my foot up and down. i stop and pop the heel out of the shoe. then the toes also come out, until the shoe dangles from the big toe. i drop the shoe and catch it with my foot and i make it dangle from my big toe again and fall a few times. i do the same thing with the other leg. finally bare feet flat on the floor and i wiggle my toes.
