4k i am caning my husband for doing something without asking for my permission first. today, he was driving our car while we were out running some errands. without asking, he pulled the car right into the parking lot of the ice cream shop. he parked the car, got out, and walked right up to the ice cream shop window, all without asking if i wanted to stop for an ice cream. i did not want to stop for ice cream. we are middle-aged, and i make sure we watch our sugar like our doctors tell us to. but of course, as my husband pointed out to me, it was a very hot day, and once i saw my husband getting an ice cream, i wanted one too! i try to be good, but when i see my husband being bad, i want to be a little naughty, too!  i’m upset now that he’s such a bad influence. if he had asked for permission to stop for ice cream, like he’s supposed to, then i would have had the willpower to say no, and neither of us would have gotten the ice cream. but of course, he knew that, which is why he acted without asking! now, this caning is not really about something as silly as getting ice cream when we aren’t supposed to have it. it’s about my husband acting without asking for my permission first. even if it’s something as silly as having a dessert, a submissive husband should always have his wife’s permission to do it, and if he knows that her answer might be ‘no,’ then he especially shouldn’t act independently. the ice cream was good, and i enjoyed it while i was eating it with him. if i’ve got to feel regret for eating ice cream, so should he. he’ll feel his regret now with cane stripes across his bottom and remember to ask for his wife’s permission instead of acting unilaterally for both of us.
