Request: your man is recording you holding the camera. you ower yourself down and hang upside down with your hands dangling. your shirt falls down to your chin, showing your tummy and bra. hang like this for a few seconds and pull your shirt up. letting it fall back into your chin.    the man records you, gets a good look at your tummy and a quick view of your back.    you always make great videos, so i will let you o what's easiest for you both. my requests for the video would be.    -make sure you are high enough, so your hands don't touch the ground "if possible"  - i want you to hang upside down for most of the video but at least a few times. i want you to pull yourself up to a sitting position and let yourself hang back upside down.  - when you let yourself hang upside down the first time, let yourself down slowly. letting go of the bar one hand at a time, letting your shirt slowly fall over your bra. another time, while you are sitting on the bar. let your self fall backwards fast, so your shirt flips up to your chin.    last. for camera details, have the man get a close full body view of you for most of the video. with a few close ups of your tummy as he walks around you. also one where he records you from underneath looking up.
